What you will do
- Own the end-to-end post-sale relationship for a portfolio of brand advertisers, from onboarding to renewal.
- Drive account growth and revenue through targeted upsell and cross-sell of DOOH, programmatic, and data solutions.
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to translate campaign performance into commercially relevant insights.
- Partner with Campaign Management, Ad Operations, and Creative teams to ensure flawless execution.
- Develop insight-led proposals leveraging first-party traveler data and attribution measurement.
- Maintain accurate account plans and pipeline forecasts within Salesforce.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in account management or client services within AdTech, media, or retail media.
- Solid understanding of media planning and buying, specifically in DOOH, programmatic, or digital advertising.
- Based in Zurich.
- Fluency in English and German required; French is a strong advantage.
- Ability and willingness to travel within the DACH region and internationally.
- Commercial mindset with experience in negotiating terms and building business cases.
