What you will do

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of high-profile agency and advertiser accounts.
  • Partner with Sales to identify and develop upsell and expansion opportunities.
  • Lead client-facing QBRs and presentations, translating data into actionable narratives.
  • Own the setup, QA, activation, and management of programmatic campaigns and PMP deals.
  • Build and manage curated Deal IDs across major DSPs like The Trade Desk and DV360.
  • Collaborate with Ad Ops to resolve issues and ensure transparent communication.

Requirements

  • 5-6+ years of experience in programmatic advertising, digital media, or agency trading.
  • Strong command of the programmatic ecosystem including DSPs, SSPs, and PMP structures.
  • Intricate knowledge of The Trade Desk, DV360, or Amazon DSP.
  • Proven client-facing experience leading QBRs and presentations.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into clear recommendations.
  • Must be based in the UK with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Video, CTV, and attention measurement.
  • Knowledge of identity frameworks like UID2, RampID, or ID5.
  • Understanding of SPO dynamics and supply chain economics.
  • Exposure to predictive modeling or data-driven activation.
  • Experience supporting multi-market campaigns across EMEA.
