What you will do

• Execute CEO-level priorities from problem definition through to final delivery.
• Track OKRs, decisions, blockers, and deadlines across various cross-functional teams.
• Support licensing applications, market expansion, hiring, and strategic partnerships.
• Prepare clear briefs, research notes, and action trackers for senior leadership.
• Coordinate efforts between product, engineering, finance, legal, and compliance departments.
• Identify and close execution gaps and resolve urgent cross-departmental business problems.

Requirements

• Experience as a business generalist with strong execution discipline and high ownership.
• Structured thinking, clear writing skills, and strong follow-through.
• Ability to work directly with senior leadership and handle ambiguity.
• Strong judgement regarding prioritization and escalation.
• Must be based in Sweden.
• Strong English communication skills.
