Project Planner – Projects and Planning Fighter (Aerospace)

Location: Gothenburg, Sweden. The position requires security vetting, and additional citizenship obligations may apply for roles requiring security clearance.

What you will do

• Plan purchases and manufacturing activities according to project schedules.
• Ensure material supply is available for production order start.
• Manage product obsolescence and related administration.
• Coordinate and take responsibility for change orders.
• Report planning status to the project team.
• Collaborate across development, purchasing, project management, and production interfaces.

Requirements

• At least three years of relevant professional experience.
• English and Swedish language skills are required.
• Structured, responsible, proactive, and solution-oriented approach.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple functions in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong interest in planning, communication, and leadership.
• Ability to pass security vetting; additional citizenship requirements may apply depending on the security clearance.

Nice to have

• Experience in production or material planning.
• Experience with IFS or another MPS system.
