What you will do

• Lead innovation concept development and evaluation projects from identification to recommendation.
• Drive cross-functional teams to explore future opportunities and identify unmet customer needs.
• Engage customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to generate insights.
• Develop decision-support material and communicate project findings to key stakeholders.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of how innovation projects are executed.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience leading complex projects, innovation initiatives, or business development activities.
• Ability to work effectively in ambiguous and evolving environments.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Must be based in Sweden.

Nice to have

• Experience using AI tools, AI agents, and low-code/no-code platforms.
• Background in Life Science, MedTech, consulting, or innovation-driven startups.
