What you will do
- Lead innovation concept development and evaluation projects from identification to recommendation.
- Drive cross-functional teams to explore future opportunities and identify unmet customer needs.
- Engage customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to generate insights.
- Develop decision-support material and communicate project findings to key stakeholders.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of how innovation projects are executed.
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- Experience leading complex projects, innovation initiatives, or business development activities.
- Ability to work effectively in ambiguous and evolving environments.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Must be based in Sweden.
Nice to have
- Experience using AI tools, AI agents, and low-code/no-code platforms.
- Background in Life Science, MedTech, consulting, or innovation-driven startups.
