What you will do

• Design and optimize D365 ERP services within a large-scale transformation programme.
• Identify delivery gaps, service issues, and operational improvements in collaboration with programme leadership.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and third-party suppliers to improve delivery outcomes.
• Develop service design frameworks, governance, and operational readiness plans.
• Support end-to-end ERP implementation across business and technology workstreams.
• Shape scalable support and service models for ongoing ERP delivery and adoption.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Service Designer within Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP environments.
• Strong understanding of ERP transformation and enterprise service delivery.
• Experience working within large-scale business transformation programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate between technical and operational teams.
• Must be able to travel to Glasgow regularly.
