Location: On-site in London, UK. May be required to travel up to 50% of the time to meet with customers.

What you will do

• Implement data observability needs for customers using the Open Data Platform (ODP).
• Design and deliver MVPs, reference architectures, and demo applications.
• Collaborate with customer engineering teams to ensure successful migration and long-term adoption of solutions.
• Solve complex deployment and migration issues and optimize system performance.
• Consult on high-level architecture and implementation of the Data Observability Cloud.
• Provide escalated technical support for customer operational issues.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in customer engineering, data platforms, and cloud technology projects.
• 8+ years of experience in customer-facing product implementation.
• Proficiency in coding with Java, Python, or Scala.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, with expertise in at least one.
• Deep knowledge of K8s, Hadoop, and Linux system operations (Red Hat or Debian).
• Strong understanding of Data Quality, Data Catalog, and Data Governance concepts.
