What you will do

• Design and implement document automation templates for trading, reporting, and regulatory processes.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders at Tier 1 investment banks to gather requirements and scope projects.
• Build and enhance automation templates using JavaScript and/or Python.
• Analyze manual workflows to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
• Manage deliverables within JIRA workflows while adhering to established SLAs.
• Work alongside senior developers and project leads on complex automation projects.

Requirements

• Academic background in a STEM discipline.
• Strong understanding of financial concepts and a genuine interest in capital markets.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and logical thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for explaining complex concepts clearly.
