What you will do

• Execute client implementation work packages in collaboration with Project Managers.
• Build data connectors for ingesting client data into the hirify.global solution.
• Define product and data scope requirements and establish acceptance criteria.
• Create high-quality technical documentation for client-specific implementations.
• Manage and triage client feedback to influence product feature development.
• Perform sophisticated data analysis to identify implementation issues and optimize processes.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a technical business analyst within financial services.
• Advanced SQL skills.
• Expertise in database design and architecture.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Strong communication skills for global stakeholder engagement.
• Must be based in London for hybrid work.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python, C#, .NET, or Azure.
• Knowledge of financial reporting or revenue management systems.
• Experience with AI/ML implementation or BI/reporting solutions.
