- Execute client implementation work packages in collaboration with Project Managers.
- Build data connectors for ingesting client data into the solution.
- Define product and data scope requirements and establish acceptance criteria.
- Create high-quality technical documentation for client-specific implementations.
- Manage and triage client feedback to influence product feature development.
- Perform sophisticated data analysis to identify implementation issues and optimize processes.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a technical business analyst within financial services.
- Advanced SQL skills.
- Expertise in database design and architecture.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Strong communication skills for global stakeholder engagement.
- Must be based in London for hybrid work.
Nice to have
- Experience with Python, C#, .NET, or Azure.
- Knowledge of financial reporting or revenue management systems.
- Experience with AI/ML implementation or BI/reporting solutions.
