What you will do

• Set and drive strategy for post-purchase operations in partnership with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams.
• Translate operational data and user insights into priorities and initiatives that improve speed and scalability.
• Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from problem definition through execution.
• Design and implement scalable processes, systems, and operating models to support marketplace growth.
• Serve as a strategic thought partner to senior leadership, providing data-driven recommendations.
• Assess operational performance to identify opportunities for improved efficiency and user experience.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in strategy and operations roles such as consulting, finance, or GM.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Proven track record of executing strategies in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
• Strong analytical judgment and ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative insights.
• Experience leading large, cross-functional initiatives from concept to execution.
• Must be within commuting distance of London or Dublin hubs.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL and analytics platforms like Looker, Sigma, or Hex.
