What you will do

• Provide clinical expertise during the sales cycle through client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Act as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders (CMOs, nursing leaders) to drive account growth and adoption of CDS solutions.
• Serve as a subject-matter expert on the UpToDate and Medi-Span suites, representing the company at regional conferences.
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to relay customer insights and support the localization of emerging AI solutions.

Requirements

• Professional degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Nursing, or equivalent; active licensure is highly preferred.
• 4–8 years of frontline clinical practice, preferably in a general hospital or academic medical center.
• Experience with Clinical Decision Support (CDS) systems, EMRs, or medication informatics.
• Fluency in English for business and clinical communication.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly in London, UK (office attendance 8 days/month).
• Willingness to travel 20-30% within the EMEA region.
