What you will do
- Develop and implement a comprehensive vision for the omnichannel practice aligned with strategic company objectives.
- Source and lead a $3 million annual book of business by leveraging professional networks and developing sales strategies.
- Design bespoke omnichannel strategies, customer engagement journeys, and measurement frameworks for life sciences clients.
- Guide clients through organizational readiness, governance structures, and change management for omnichannel transformation.
- Build, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary team of omnichannel strategists and consultants.
- Establish scalable processes and strategic partnerships with external technology and data analytics providers.
Requirements
- 10+ years in management consulting, advisory, or digital strategy specifically for the Life Sciences industry.
- Proven track record of sourcing and growing consulting revenues exceeding $3M in the previous 2-3 years.
- Must be based remotely in the US, Canada, or the UK.
- Deep understanding of pharmaceutical regulations and compliance in omnichannel engagement.
- Extensive knowledge of digital platforms, CRM systems, and omnichannel technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences or business; Advanced degree or MBA is preferred.
