What you will do

• Lead end-to-end development of commercial recommendations from problem framing to executive decision.
• Own commercial models and business cases, including assumptions, sensitivities, and implications.
• Translate complex analysis into clear, decision-ready messages for senior stakeholders.
• Shape and land decisions across customer-facing units while managing conflicting incentives.
• Retain accountability for commercial outcomes and track value realization.
• Provide clear, actionable recommendations under uncertainty rather than deferring to further analysis.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK with the ability to work from London or Manchester.
• Demonstrated ownership of commercially significant decisions like pricing or capital allocation.
• Experience forming clear recommendations in situations with ambiguous or imperfect data.
• Ability to synthesize complex problems into concise, executive-ready narratives.
• Track record of influencing senior stakeholders across different business units.
• Strong commercial judgement and ability to balance evidence, risk, and uncertainty.
