What you will do

• Manage project execution and lead teams of consultants to ensure successful delivery of client engagements.

Requirements

• Approximately 5 years of experience in consulting or change projects within leading insurance institutions or firms.
• Strong background in blue-chip Financial Services, specifically within General Insurance or Specialty sectors.
• Proven experience with Target Operating Models, business processes, or IT solutions in areas like Underwriting, Claims, or Risk.
• Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to influence and present to diverse audiences.
• Strong academic background with a minimum of a 2:1 degree from a leading institution.
• Willingness to travel as required by project engagements.
