Senior People Partner (AI)

What you will do

• Lead workforce planning and organisational design across Legal, Finance, People, and parts of Product & Technology.
• Partner strategically with senior functional leaders, translating business strategy into people priorities, programmes, and operating plans.
• Coach leaders on organisational decisions, culture, leadership development, performance, compensation, mobility, and promotions.
• Lead structural and operating-model changes from scope and timeline through stakeholder engagement and change readiness.
• Manage sensitive employee relations matters with Legal colleagues and specialist counsel.
• Use workforce data, people analytics, and AI to produce actionable recommendations and improve people operations.

Requirements

• 10+ years in senior HR Business Partner, People Partner, or People/HR leadership roles.
• Experience owning the people agenda across different functions at Director level or above.
• Deep hands-on expertise in organisational design, workforce planning, people strategy, and culture.
• Experience leading leadership development, performance calibration, and end-to-end change initiatives.
• Ability to influence senior leaders autonomously on complex organisational decisions.
• Fluent use of people data and AI, plus working knowledge of employment law relevant to Neko’s headquarters locations.
