Director, People Experience (AI)

Location: Hybrid in New York City, United States. Candidates must have permanent authorization to work in the United States. U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future. Relocation assistance may be available based on business needs and eligibility.

Annual base salary: $162,900–$271,500, plus a 20% bonus target and eligibility for a share-based long-term incentive program.

What you will do

• Partner with Digital leaders to deliver practical, business-focused People Experience solutions.
• Support cost optimization, digital transformation, organizational change, and workforce planning.
• Build leadership and manager effectiveness through coaching and targeted development.
• Lead engagement, cultural, talent planning, succession management, and career development initiatives.
• Use workforce analytics, data insights, AI, and digital tools to improve people strategies and employee experience.
• Coordinate with regional and local People Experience teams and Centers of Excellence to deliver globally aligned programs.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree required; an advanced degree is a plus.
• 15+ years of experience in HR, People Experience, or talent roles within large, global organizations.
• Experience with strategic planning, hands-on delivery, organizational transformation, and change management.
• Expertise in talent planning, manager coaching, employee engagement, and workforce analytics.
• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills across organizational levels.
• Permanent U.S. work authorization is required; visa sponsorship is unavailable.
