People Partner - Europe (Human Resources): Managing full employee-lifecycle HR operations across Europe with an accent on French employment law, compliance, compensation and benefits, and employee relations. Location: Must be based in Ireland or Spain; home-office arrangement available in Spain

What you will do
- Partner with HR leadership and cross-functional teams to support HR operations across Europe.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, offboarding, contract changes, compensation and benefits, absences, employee data, compliance, and employee relations.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, Legal, payroll teams, authorities, and external providers on compensation, benefits, social security, and mobility matters.
- Design and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs covering performance, talent, development, recognition, engagement, and employee relations.
- Support international mobility and relocation processes and guide stakeholders through sensitive conversations and transitions.
- Lead or support training, diversity and inclusion, engagement, internal communication, and HR process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- 10+ years of HR experience in an international environment.
- 3–5 years of hands-on HR Generalist experience in France, including full employment-lifecycle management.
- Working knowledge of employment laws and regulations in more than one European country, with France mandatory.
- Fluent English and French.
- Strong project organization, analytical, communication, negotiation, conflict-resolution, and time-management skills.
- Bachelor-level degree and the ability to work pragmatically and confidentially in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Nice to have
- HR experience in the UK, Ireland, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Poland, or Finland.
- Additional European language skills.
- Training in People Partnering, labor legislation, compensation and benefits, or social security.
