What you will do
- Manage inbound leads and oversee the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing.
- Consult with business clients to recommend signage solutions tailored to their brand needs.
- Maintain and update the sales pipeline and CRM system.
- Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal design and production teams to ensure accurate expectation setting.
Requirements
- Native-level German proficiency is required.
- Good English proficiency for internal communication.
- Must be based in or able to commute to Berlin or Poland.
- Background in sales, account management, or client-facing roles.
- Ability to learn technical product details quickly.
