TL;DR

Manager, Learning Services (ERP): Overseeing the Learning Services department to deliver training and development for customers and internal staff with an accent on instructional design and operational efficiency. Location: Remote (Must be based in Canada or the US)

Salary: $100k - $110k

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of training staff, including hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development.
  • Design and develop professional training programs and resources using instructional design principles.
  • Plan training programs based on business goals and manage revenue forecasts.
  • Lead the development of customer training, including webinars, in-person sessions, and job aids.
  • Coordinate and supervise outside vendors involved with training and development, including selection and billing.
  • Implement coaching sessions and mentorship programs to establish a culture of continuous learning.

Requirements

  • BSc/MSc in Organizational Psychology, Adult Learning, Human Resources, or a relevant field.
  • Proven work experience as a Training Manager or in a similar leadership role.
  • Expertise in the full continuum of the learning model (assessment, design, development, delivery, and evaluation).
  • Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Microsoft Office.
  • Must be based in Canada or the United States.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% (Requires valid passport and legal eligibility to travel to Canada, US, and the Caribbean).
