TL;DR

Location: Remote (Must be based in Montreal, Québec, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, or Ontario, Canada)

Salary: $82,648 - $101,014 CAD

What you will do

  • Deliver onboarding and core training programs for new Disability Case Management employees.
  • Design, update, and maintain training materials, guides, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with Quality Services and operational leaders to identify and resolve training gaps.
  • Translate operational challenges into practical training solutions.
  • Monitor training effectiveness and implement continuous improvements.
  • Assist in adjusting workload expectations during initial training to align with operational needs.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education or equivalent combination of experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in disability case management.
  • Strong knowledge of all disciplines in Case Management Services.
  • English proficiency required for daily collaboration with teams and partners outside Québec.
  • Experience in training delivery, facilitation, or instructional design.

Nice to have

  • Adult learning certification.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
