What you will do

• Design and build customer education e-learning modules using Camtasia, Articulate Rise 360, and Genially.
• Develop and maintain the online customer training portal within the Skilljar LMS.
• Create new Academy content based on customer needs, product releases, and program direction.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Professional Services, and Customer Success teams to automate onboarding.
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of larger education projects from ideation to launch.
• Own and develop the internal and external Academy Newsletters.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US.
• 2-4 years of instructional design experience specifically within the SaaS industry.
• Proficiency in AI tools such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Descript, or Videate.
• Hands-on experience with Camtasia, SnagIt, Articulate Rise 360, Genially, Canva, and SkillJar LMS.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle several high-priority projects simultaneously.
• Proven ability to distill complex technical information into consumable customer-facing content.

Nice to have

• Experience with email marketing, push, or SMS software.
• Knowledge of HTML or other technical coding.
