TL;DR

Senior Learning Experience Designer (Instructional Design): Designing and developing high-impact learning programs and interactive e-learning modules for the Support Enablement team with an accent on curriculum architecture and multimedia content. Focus on architecting the learning journey for frontline teams, implementing "just-in-time" micro-learning strategies, and utilizing data-driven iteration to optimize knowledge transfer.

Location: Remote in Ontario, British Columbia, or Alberta, Canada

What you will do

  • Design high-impact learning programs (onboarding, product launches, technical troubleshooting) tailored for a fast-paced support environment.
  • Build interactive e-learning modules, video tutorials, job aids, and simulations using modern authoring tools.
  • Partner with Support Leadership and Quality Assurance to identify knowledge gaps and create targeted interventions.
  • Implement a "just-in-time" strategy by creating micro-learning and searchable knowledge assets.
  • Measure and optimize program effectiveness using LMS metrics, performance metrics, and CSAT data.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Ontario, British Columbia, or Alberta, Canada.
  • 3+ years of experience in Instructional Design or Learning Experience Design, preferably within SaaS or Customer Support enablement.
  • Demonstrated ability to create engaging digital content (portfolio required).
  • Proficiency in Articulate 360 (Storyline/Rise), Adobe Creative Cloud, and Cornerstone.
  • Mastery of adult learning principles and frameworks such as ADDIE, SAM, or Backward Design.
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills for translating technical briefs into human narratives.

  • Background in or deep appreciation for the frontline support experience.
