What you will do

• Lead financial planning cycles, monthly forecasting, and reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage P&L, Capex, and OWC roll-ups and drive improvements in cash flow forecasting.
• Perform variance analysis and adjust KPIs based on evolving business requirements.
• Set up value chain financials to facilitate value optimization.
• Serve as project manager for finance-related and due diligence projects.
• Oversee functional control and non-financial reporting related to FTEs.

Requirements

• BSC/MSC degree with several years of experience in FP&A within matrix organizations.
• Deep expertise in financial planning and budgeting processes.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and basic IFRS.
• Advanced proficiency in SAP, SAP BW, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
• Fluency in both English and Dutch (verbal and written) is required.
• Must be based in or able to work from Amersfoort, NL.
• Proactive mindset towards leveraging AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Claude) to improve reporting efficiency.
