What you will do

• Support revenue forecasting and financial analysis across the PlayStation Studios live services portfolio.
• Maintain and enhance forecasting models, incorporating new methodologies and automation tools.
• Manage key financial planning cycles, including annual planning, quarterly forecasts, and budgeting.
• Analyze game performance to communicate insights, trends, and risks to leadership.
• Develop scenario analyses and business cases for monetization strategies and investment decisions.
• Collaborate with studio, product management, and analytics teams to align reporting and assumptions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in financial analysis, forecasting, or FP&A.
• Must be based remotely within the US or located in San Mateo, London, or Amsterdam.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Experience in gaming, entertainment, technology, or subscription/live service business models.
