What you will do

• Assist with screening investment opportunities using financial modeling in Excel and Argus.
• Perform market research and oversee the investment pipeline.
• Support property management, leasing, capital expenditures, and sustainability initiatives.
• Prepare and track asset plans, budgets, and regular reports for the Fund Management team.
• Participate in site visits and meetings with tenants, property managers, and letting agents.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of property data and documentation.

Requirements

• Master degree in real estate or a related finance discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in financial or real estate services.
• Fluent in Dutch and English is essential.
• Strong technical knowledge of financial modeling (Excel).
• Demonstrable quantitative analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently within a small team.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Yardi or Argus software.
• Proficiency in an additional continental European language.
