What you will do

• Execute paid advertising campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, Snapchat, and other emerging digital platforms.
• Analyze campaign performance using metrics such as CAC, ROAS, payback periods, and funnel conversion.
• Identify and implement growth experiments and user acquisition improvements in partnership with product and analytics teams.
• Build and maintain rigorous testing frameworks for paid ads, creative assets, landing pages, and offers.
• Collaborate with creative strategists and UGC creators to translate insights into high-performing growth actions.
• Manage multiple growth projects simultaneously while providing data-backed recommendations to leadership.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in growth, paid acquisition, or performance marketing for consumer mobile apps.
• Hands-on experience profitably running campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and Apple Search Ads.
• Solid understanding of subscription app economics, including LTV, CAC, and ROAS.
• Proficiency with mobile attribution platforms such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular, or Branch.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience scaling apps in the Health & Fitness, AI, or consumer subscription categories.
• Exposure to influencer marketing, affiliate programs, creator whitelisting, or organic social strategy.
• Familiarity with web-to-app funnels, onboarding optimization, and paywall testing.
