What you will do

• Develop and execute the influencer marketing strategy aligned with growth and brand objectives.
• Source, recruit, and manage long-term partnerships with creators across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Design workflows for outreach, negotiation, and contract management.
• Manage end-to-end campaign execution from creative briefing to content approval.
• Track and analyze performance metrics including reach, engagement, CAC, and ROI.
• Collaborate with Growth, Brand, and Product Marketing teams to ensure consistent storytelling.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or social media marketing.
• Proven track record of managing influencer campaigns with measurable performance outcomes.
• Strong understanding of creator ecosystems on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Experience negotiating partnerships and managing campaign budgets.
• Analytical mindset with experience using performance metrics to guide decisions.

Nice to have

• Experience in consumer technology, fintech, or high-growth startups.
• Familiarity with affiliate tracking, creator attribution, or influencer platforms.
• Experience working with agencies or managing large creator programs.
