What you will do

• Implement social initiatives and paid social media advertising for key national clients.
• Utilize social platforms natively (Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat) and within PMD technology.
• Oversee daily client operations and manage internal teams to ensure best-in-class execution.
• Develop thought leadership and POVs for paid social strategy.
• Translate brand strategy into effective and smart paid social tactics.
• Supervise and train internal team members to drive overall team success.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience with paid social media and strategy.
• 1-2+ years of experience working within an advertising or media agency.
• Hands-on keyboard experience operating social media platforms.
• Strong organizational skills to balance tight deadlines and complex challenges.
• Must be based in New York, NY to support a hybrid work setting.
