Location: Sydney, New South Wales, Australia
Salary: AUD 110,000 – 117,000 per annum + superannuation and on target commission

What you will do
- Build and maintain strong client relationships as the primary contact to drive engagement and resolve escalations.
- Identify and deliver cross-sell and upsell opportunities in partnership with Sales and Product teams.
- Support onboarding and adoption through tailored engagement, training, and product demonstrations.
- Develop strategic account plans, including retention strategies, license reviews, and risk management.
- Lead renewal conversations and negotiations to ensure revenue continuity.
- Gather client insights and deliver webinars to inform product and service improvements.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales.
- Strong consultative communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience supporting users of complex software platforms such as CRM, ERP, or Education systems.
- Proven ability to build relationships across multiple stakeholder levels.
- Ability or willingness to obtain a Working with Children Check.
- Must be based in Sydney, Australia.
Nice to have
- Experience in Education (former educator or EdTech experience).
- Familiarity with school management systems such as Sentral.
- Tertiary qualification in Education or a related field.
