Focus on building account strategies, ensuring successful onboarding, and partnering with cross-functional teams to solve complex implementation challenges.

Location: Must be based in the US or Canada (Hybrid options available in New York, San Francisco, and Toronto; Relocation support to NYC or SF available).

Compensation: $142,000 – $216,000 OTE (depending on location and level).

What you will do

• Own a book of ~100 Mid-Market expansion opportunities, ensuring full onboarding within 90 days.
• Partner with customers to understand AP and procurement workflows, tailoring communication to drive product adoption.
• Develop and execute account strategies to increase spend adoption across multiple contacts.
• Resolve implementation blockers independently and partner with Product and Engineering to share targeted feedback.
• Provide constructive feedback to peers and serve as an onboarding resource for new hires.
• Utilize AI tools to streamline workflows and improve team processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in customer success, account management, implementations, or technical consulting in a B2B organization.
• Bill Pay / AP and/or Accounting implementation experience is required.
• Proven experience with Accounting Systems such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, or ERP/AP modules.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with Product and Engineering partners to troubleshoot issues.
• Strong desire to become a product expert and communicate value effectively.
• Must be authorized to work in the US or Canada.
