What you will do

• Support end-to-end management of the Business Operations transformation portfolio from planning to delivery.
• Coordinate prioritisation activities to ensure initiatives are delivered on schedule.
• Maintain delivery plans, milestones, and progress tracking.
• Enable strong governance through reporting processes and stakeholder updates.
• Track risks, issues, and dependencies, proactively identifying challenges and mitigation plans.
• Partner with value teams to ensure initiatives meet commercial targets and business goals.

Requirements

• Experience supporting transformation programmes, PMO, or operational change initiatives.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in dynamic environments.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, as well as familiarity with Waterfall or hybrid approaches.
• Hands-on experience with delivery and planning tools such as Jira, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Must be based in the UK to support hybrid work in London or Newbury.
