What you will do

• Assist the Project Manager with scheduling, organizing, and tracking daily project activities.
• Coordinate with logistics, subcontractors, and service teams to ensure project requirements are met.
• Attend site-based meetings, document progress, and report risks or issues to the project team.
• Manage inbound OEM devices and site-based activities to maintain project timelines.
• Identify and implement initiatives to reduce lead times and increase operational efficiency.
• Ensure a safe working environment and maintain high standards of quality assurance.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in Bedford, United Kingdom.
• Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills.
• Methodical approach to problem-solving and ability to work under pressure.
• Dependability and commitment to meeting strict project deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Microsoft Project.
