What you will do

• Partner with key stakeholders to deliver technology projects in line with agreed milestones, standards, and budgets.
• Define project organization structures, resourcing models, and negotiate with supply teams and third parties.
• Manage project inter-dependencies, risks, and issues, ensuring effective mitigation and escalation.
• Monitor project performance using defined metrics and KPIs to track progress and financial control.
• Produce and maintain detailed project plans aligned with overall strategic objectives.
• Lead and motivate project teams to ensure high-quality delivery and customer outcomes.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle, including testing phases and release disciplines.
• Proven experience managing software development projects, digital products, or platform migrations.
• Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies and tools such as Jira and Microsoft Project.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Professional qualifications such as Prince2, MSP, APM, or Scrum Master certification.
