Digital Operations Controller (Ad Technology)

Location: Hybrid, with three days per week in the Osterley office; UK right to work required. Travel to platform partners and offshore operations teams may be required.

What you will do

• Lead onshore and offshore operations teams supporting digital campaigns.
• Manage campaign operations across sell-side and buy-side platforms.
• Improve campaign workflows and execution using deep platform and systems knowledge.
• Recommend execution approaches for new products across audio, video, and digital out-of-home channels.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate campaign setup, delivery, and billing.
• Share industry expertise to shape existing and new-to-market digital advertising products.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in Google Ad Manager.
• Strong knowledge of demand-side platforms, preferably The Trade Desk or DV360.
• Experience leading campaign management operations teams, including offshore teams.
• Intermediate Excel skills and experience with billing processes and financial practices.
• Strong senior stakeholder management experience.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of audience platforms such as Adobe Audience Manager or Zeotap.
• Knowledge of Google Cloud and Looker.
