What you will do

• Lead on-shore and off-shore operations teams for the execution of digital campaigns.
• Manage campaign operations across both buy-side and sell-side platforms.
• Optimize and evolve workflow processes leveraging deep system knowledge of AdTech platforms.
• Provide subject matter expertise to implement execution for new products, including audio, video, and DOOH.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure campaign set-up, delivery, and billing meet company expectations.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in Google Ad Manager (GAM).
• Strong knowledge of demand-side platforms, preferably The Trade Desk or DV360.
• Proven experience leading operations teams within campaign management.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Strong senior stakeholder management experience.
• Must possess the appropriate right to work in the UK.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of audience platforms such as Adobe Audience Manager or Zeotap.
• Experience managing offshore operations teams.
• Understanding of billing processes and financial practices.
• Knowledge of Google Cloud and Looker.
