What you will do

• Manage multiple software implementation projects across a diverse public sector customer base.
• Support pre-sales activities by contributing to ITT responses and advising on commercial viability.
• Lead the full delivery lifecycle, coordinating implementation consultants and product specialists.
• Establish project governance and structures in line with PRINCE2 principles.
• Act as the primary client contact to manage expectations and ensure successful project outcomes.
• Monitor project budgets, billing activities, and revenue assurance through accurate forecasting.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing complex software projects, specifically within the UK Public Sector.
• Prince 2 qualification or extensive experience working with this methodology.
• Proficiency in MS Project and experience managing budgets and project margins.
• Ability to manage projects under Fixed Price contracts.
• Pre-existing right to work and travel within the UK.
• Eligibility for UK Security Clearance.

Nice to have

• Understanding of Waterfall and Agile principles.
• Experience with NEC (Northgate) products or similar housing software.
• Familiarity with tracking tools such as Jira, MS Project, or Azure DevOps.
