What you will do

• Drive strategy and execution for the global Independent Software Vendor (ISV) ecosystem focused on Analytics, AI, and ML.
• Own the business and solution strategy for the ISV portfolio, co-developing partner offerings to accelerate platform adoption.
• Grow partner-sourced and influenced pipelines, identifying new logos and driving revenue via joint go-to-market motions.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Legal teams to move ISV solutions from concept to commercial readiness.
• Manage marketplace presence, including packaging, pricing models, and security vetting for cloud marketplaces.
• Coordinate with Regional Partner Sales Executives and global Alliance teams to execute partner-led campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (graduate degree preferred).
• Proven success in scaling ISV relationships within AI/ML, analytics, or data platform domains.
• Experience leading partner product development or marketplace partner programs.
• Strong understanding of enterprise data platforms and Hyperscaler/CSP programs and sales motions.
• Ability to operate effectively at senior management and executive levels.
• Must be based in London, UK for hybrid work.
