What you will do

• Partner with the executive team to drive high-leverage strategic initiatives across GTM, pricing, and international expansion.
• Build and implement scalable business processes from first principles to support rapid growth.
• Define key metrics and develop dashboards to deliver data-driven insights for company-wide decision-making.
• Structure and solve ambiguous business problems, distilling complex data into actionable recommendations.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and maintain accountability across various stakeholders.
• Own strategic planning cadences, including annual planning and quarterly reviews.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or BizOps at a fast-scaling tech company.
• Proven track record of driving initiatives from 0 to 1 and tackling unstructured problems.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data tools like Looker.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for senior stakeholder alignment.
• Regular presence in one of the company hubs (US or Europe) is required.
