What you will do

  • Act as the bridge between data and business strategy to provide actionable insights for organization-wide decision-making.
  • Partner with stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Finance to define key metrics.
  • Manage key analytics initiatives and build comprehensive dashboards and reporting tools.
  • Optimize the pipeline and measure success across the business to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Standardize metrics and improve the overall quality and accessibility of data across teams.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in analytics, business operations, or consulting, ideally within a SaaS organization.
  • Proven track record of supporting business leaders with data-driven insights and impactful reporting.
  • Strong ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Must be based in the US (specifically Boston, MA or Houston, TX).

Nice to have

  • Experience with BI and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and data manipulation techniques.
  • Familiarity with SQL for querying datasets.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
