Location: Remote (Must be based in the Americas)

Salary: $170,000 – $200,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end new hire onboarding experience from offer acceptance through the first 90 days.
• Develop and implement comprehensive training plans and curricula for new and existing managers.
• Lead recurring internal communications and support the executive team with presentations and narratives.
• Drive high-leverage strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives assigned by the CEO.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in consulting, banking, BizOps, or Chief of Staff roles at fast-growing companies.
• Must be located within the Americas region.
• AI-first approach, utilizing AI tools as a primary productivity driver.
• Exceptional written communication skills for a documentation-first environment.
• Strong design sensibility for creating high-quality documents and slide decks.
• High level of ownership and a builder mindset for creating structure in ambiguous environments.
