TL;DR

Strategy and Operations Manager (Revenue Operations): Drive strategic and operational initiatives for the Revenue Operations team, partnering with Sales and Post Sales to scale the seller base and partnerships with an accent on data-driven performance analysis, GTM playbooks/documentation, and cross-functional execution. Focus on building insights from reporting data, supporting GTM leaders with presentations, and ensuring smooth operation with clear responsibility across launch, category, and central ops functions.

Location: New York, NY; Remote (must be within commuting distance of Los Angeles, San Francisco, or New York City hubs)

Salary: $167K–$185K (offers equity)

What you will do

  • Collaborate with the data team on reporting and performance analysis, recommending course corrections.
  • Lead strategic and operational special projects to help scale the business.
  • Work with the post-sales GTM team to build and develop playbooks and documentation.
  • Support GTM leaders by identifying and presenting data and insights.
  • Analyze initiatives for category teams, including success measurement.
  • Partner with ops and product teams to align cross-functionally and ensure successful GTM execution.

Requirements

  • Past experience in consulting (finance) and/or experience in strategy, business operations, or analytics at a high-growth startup.
  • Must be within commuting distance of Los Angeles, San Francisco, or New York City hubs.
  • Strong strategic judgment balancing data-driven insights with business instincts.
  • Advanced analytical skills with ability to derive high-level insights from data; strong SQL and Excel.
  • Experience supporting the post-sales motion of a GTM organization.
  • Excellent executive communication skills for explaining insights to varied audiences.

Nice to have

  • Experience working on a marketplace or two-sided platform.
  • Interest in creator communities and hirify.global product categories/verticals suited for live e-commerce.
  • Experience buying and selling in online marketplace communities.
