What you will do
- Collaborate with the data team on reporting and performance analysis, recommending course corrections.
- Lead strategic and operational special projects to help scale the business.
- Work with the post-sales GTM team to build and develop playbooks and documentation.
- Support GTM leaders by identifying and presenting data and insights.
- Analyze initiatives for category teams, including success measurement.
- Partner with ops and product teams to align cross-functionally and ensure successful GTM execution.
Requirements
- Past experience in consulting (finance) and/or experience in strategy, business operations, or analytics at a high-growth startup.
- Must be within commuting distance of Los Angeles, San Francisco, or New York City hubs.
- Strong strategic judgment balancing data-driven insights with business instincts.
- Advanced analytical skills with ability to derive high-level insights from data; strong SQL and Excel.
- Experience supporting the post-sales motion of a GTM organization.
- Excellent executive communication skills for explaining insights to varied audiences.
Nice to have
- Experience working on a marketplace or two-sided platform.
- Interest in creator communities and product categories/verticals suited for live e-commerce.
- Experience buying and selling in online marketplace communities.
