What you will do

• Scale international markets in the UK, France, Germany, and Canada by partnering with Product and Engineering to build global solutions.
• Optimize the marketing engine by bringing business-side rigor to capital deployment, measurement, and prioritization.
• Lead financial and data analyses to inform pricing decisions and improve margin dynamics.
• Build internal tooling to serve as a single source of truth for tracking goals, resource allocation, and blockers.
• Pressure-test new products and capabilities to improve the buyer and seller experience.

Requirements

• 5-6+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity, or a fast-growing startup.
• Professional fluency in German or French with strong communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Ability to operate independently and drive change in fluid, unstructured environments.
• Fluency in using AI tools to enhance problem-solving, analysis, and execution.

Nice to have

• Experience working with two-sided marketplaces or platforms.
• Passion for online marketplace communities.
• Proficiency with SQL and dashboards.
