Salary: $140,000 – $155,000

What you will do
- Build and maintain sales compensation models and incentive structures for various sales teams.
- Collaborate with Finance and Sales Leadership to facilitate accurate, timely commission payouts.
- Drive the sales planning cycle by setting and tracking quota targets aligned with growth strategy.
- Develop dashboarding for compensation tracking to inform quarterly model improvements.
- Standardize and automate processes related to commission-setting and performance monitoring.
- Conduct strategic analyses to support broader Revenue Operations initiatives.
Requirements
- Must be within commuting distance of Los Angeles, San Francisco, or New York City hubs.
- 4-5 years of experience in a fast-paced organization with a focus on sales compensation models.
- Deep analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and dashboarding tools.
- Track record of working iteratively and cross-functionally in ambiguous environments.
- Strong business acumen and ability to manipulate data to drive business insights.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Sigma, Hex, and Salesforce.
- Experience at a high-growth startup, marketplace, or creator-focused platform.
