What you will do

  • Build and maintain sales compensation models and incentive structures for various sales teams.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Sales Leadership to facilitate accurate, timely commission payouts.
  • Drive the sales planning cycle by setting and tracking quota targets aligned with growth strategy.
  • Develop dashboarding for compensation tracking to inform quarterly model improvements.
  • Standardize and automate processes related to commission-setting and performance monitoring.
  • Conduct strategic analyses to support broader Revenue Operations initiatives.

Requirements

  • Must be within commuting distance of Los Angeles, San Francisco, or New York City hubs.
  • 4-5 years of experience in a fast-paced organization with a focus on sales compensation models.
  • Deep analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and dashboarding tools.
  • Track record of working iteratively and cross-functionally in ambiguous environments.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to manipulate data to drive business insights.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in Sigma, Hex, and Salesforce.
  • Experience at a high-growth startup, marketplace, or creator-focused platform.
  • Passion for creator communities and live ecommerce.
