Salary: $101,000–$141,000 plus bonus

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional teams to execute new tool and upgrade Engineer-to-Order (ETO) projects.
• Manage the project life cycle from initial scoping and quote review through to final customer delivery.
• Act as a primary liaison between Engineering, Marketing, Operations, and Technical Support.
• Translate customer configuration requirements into detailed system design requirements for the engineering team.
• Manage internal and external engineering changes while ensuring compliance with company procedural requirements.
• Coordinate the creation of installation, setup, and calibration instructions as part of system delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, Control, or Software preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product design and development (or Master's degree with 3 years of experience).
• Proven experience in project or program management.
• Location: Must be based in Horsham, PA.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, system block diagrams, electrical schematics, and specifications.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Knowledge of semiconductor, data storage, or other capital equipment industries.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems, specifically SAP.
• Proficiency with 2D and 3D CAD systems, such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
• Experience working within an ISO-certified organization.
