Salary: $160,100–$236,990 per annum

What you will do

  • Manage program execution and day-to-day activities from product definition through stable production.
  • Lead cross-functional core teams to align engineering and operational efforts with business goals.
  • Establish milestones and monitor adherence to master plans, identifying and resolving program bottlenecks.
  • Partner with engineering and marketing to expand product lines and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Act as an information bridge between senior management, technical teams, and customers.
  • Prepare and present project reviews and status updates to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. law.
  • Familiarity with development lifecycles for silicon products and IP.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects with strong task delegation and planning skills.
  • Experience driving resolutions with diverse technical and non-technical groups.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
  • Strong communication skills for presenting updates and driving consensus.
