Salary: $175,860 – $263,500 per annum

What you will do
- Define and implement the overall IT PMO strategy, governance framework, and standardized project management processes.
- Manage the IT project portfolio to ensure alignment with strategic business goals and oversee large-scale enterprise programs.
- Develop KPIs and performance metrics to measure project success and PMO operational effectiveness.
- Partner with senior business and IT leaders to define priorities and facilitate executive steering committee reviews.
- Oversee IT project budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking, including multimillion-dollar budgets.
- Lead, mentor, and develop PMO staff, fostering a high-performance culture of accountability and innovation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in IT project/program management with increasing leadership responsibility.
- 5+ years of experience managing enterprise PMO functions or large-scale IT portfolios.
- Strong proficiency in project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid.
- Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.
- Must be eligible to access export-controlled information as per U.S. export control laws (EAR).
