Salary: $142,400 – $213,600 USD

What you will do
- Plan, direct, and implement projects within the Patient Care Systems Quality function.
- Oversee post-market reliability investigations, including developing risk profiles and publishing Health Risk Assessments.
- Develop and maintain technical quality assurance and reliability systems.
- Coordinate activities cross-functionally to ensure timely project delivery.
- Communicate project status, scorecards, and updates to all levels of the organization, including leadership.
- Guide the conceptualization and implementation of new methodologies and processes for the team.
Requirements
- Baccalaureate degree with minimum 5 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with minimum 3 years of experience.
- Must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire.
- Proven track record of driving and meeting project due dates and deliverables.
- High-level communication skills with experience in matrixed organizations.
- Ability to work onsite in Mounds View, MN at least 4 days per week.
