What you will do

• Plan, direct, and implement projects within the Patient Care Systems Quality function.
• Oversee post-market reliability investigations, including developing risk profiles and publishing Health Risk Assessments.
• Develop and maintain technical quality assurance and reliability systems.
• Coordinate activities cross-functionally to ensure timely project delivery.
• Communicate project status, scorecards, and updates to all levels of the organization, including leadership.
• Guide the conceptualization and implementation of new methodologies and processes for the team.

Requirements

• Baccalaureate degree with minimum 5 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with minimum 3 years of experience.
• Must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire.
• Proven track record of driving and meeting project due dates and deliverables.
• High-level communication skills with experience in matrixed organizations.
• Ability to work onsite in Mounds View, MN at least 4 days per week.
