What you will do

  • Exceed quarterly and yearly revenue quota goals through strategic account management.
  • Own and oversee all aspects of the sales cycle, including qualifying, RFP responses, presentations, and closing.
  • Develop comprehensive business and territory plans to identify and capture growth opportunities.
  • Lead a virtual team of presales, partner managers, and customer success resources to deliver wins.
  • Collaborate with marketing to execute targeted plans for partners and end users.
  • Maintain rigorous Salesforce hygiene and provide accurate forecasting to leadership.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a skilled communicator in first engagements and discovery calls.
  • Proficiency in presenting the value of Identity Security solutions against competitors like Microsoft, Okta, and Saviynt.
  • Must be based in Melbourne, Australia.
  • Availability for business travel approximately 50% of the year.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, business, or sales (preferred).
