TL;DR

Sr Account Executive (SaaS): Driving revenue growth across growth-stage and SMB customer segments with an accent on net-new acquisition, account management, renewals, and churn mitigation. Focus on building executive-level customer relationships, managing the full sales cycle, and utilizing AI-powered tools to increase efficiency and impact.

Location: Based 3 days per week in our Sydney office.

What you will do

  • Develop product expertise and guide discovery to shape solutions for customers.
  • Generate pipeline consistently in partnership with business development.
  • Own the full sales cycle, managing prospects and customers from discovery through close.
  • Manage forecast and targets, maintaining clear visibility into pipeline health.
  • Build customer relationships and create account plans to drive long-term growth.
  • Manage proposals and contracts, ensuring deals are organized and moving with strong process discipline.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS net-new sales and account management with closing responsibilities.
  • Proven ability to manage a full sales cycle, including renewals and expansions.
  • Demonstrated track record of consistent goal attainment in a quota-carrying sales environment.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Competency with sales pipeline management and CRM tools, including Salesforce.com.
  • Active use of AI-powered tools and automation in daily workflows to increase efficiency and impact.

Nice to have

  • Training in MEDDICC and/or Force Management methodologies.
  • Experience managing a territory of SMB and/or emerging market accounts.
  • High emotional intelligence and the ability to resolve conflict with empathy.
