What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 8–10 quota-carrying sales representatives.
- Enforce consistent sales methodologies and rigorous Salesforce discipline.
- Deliver accurate weekly and monthly sales forecasts to executive leadership.
- Partner with Marketing, Sales Operations, and PMO to align demand generation and delivery efforts.
- Contribute to organizational strategy, pricing, and market positioning.
- Foster a high-accountability, team-oriented sales culture.
Requirements
- United States Citizenship required.
- 5+ years of experience leading quota-carrying B2B sales teams.
- Strong experience managing sales organizations within MSPs, cybersecurity, or compliance industries.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce as a core management platform.
- Proven ability to drive pipeline accountability and process consistency.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with CMMC, NIST 800-171, or federal compliance standards.
- Background in GovCon, federal IT, or defense-related markets.
- Experience scaling sales methodologies in growing services organizations.
