What you will do

  • Develop and execute brand partnership strategies aligned with business and marketing objectives.
  • Identify and prioritize potential partners, including brands, influencers, and communities.
  • Lead negotiation processes and structure mutually beneficial collaboration terms.
  • Oversee end-to-end execution of partnership campaigns and co-branded content development.
  • Nurture long-term relationships with key partners to drive sustained engagement.
  • Analyze performance data to optimize future partnership strategies and identify market trends.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in brand partnerships, business development, or marketing.
  • Strong understanding of partnership planning, influencer collaborations, and co-marketing strategies.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience coordinating multi-party campaigns with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to transform data into actionable strategies.
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
